Following the successful completion of the first phase of the EMPATIC project, MDR is delighted to announce that hosting and maintenance of the EMPATIC website is now transferred to CERIS, the Istituto di Ricerca sull'Impresa e lo Sviluppo, to join their complementary activity of the European Network of Information Literacy (ENIL) http://enil.ceris.cnr.it/Basili/EnIL/
MDR will continue to pursue its interest in information literacy through additional activities, and is currently in discussion with IFLA and UNESCO to work collaboratively as they plan the next stages of their library-focused recommendations and indicators in media & information literacy. http://www.ifla.org/en/publications/ifla-media-and-information-literacy-recommendations
